WHS Halo
National Profiles Limited has developed exclusive distribution relationships for the 32 counties of Ireland with UK-based companies WHS Halo and Spectus Window Systems.
WHS Halo is one of the largest window extruders in the UK, supplying window profile to an extensive network of fabricators and installers. WHS Halo itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bowater Building Products; a company with a British business heritage stretching back to 1881. A major UK player in UPVC extrusion, WHS Halo runs 35 extrusion lines which operate on a 24/7 basis, servicing a massive 1400 product line range to meet varying customer demand.
The company’s headquarters at Sutton Coldfield in the UK includes an advanced profile extrusion centre using the latest high speed machinery and flow lines. In addition, WHS Halo’s testing and development facilities are recognised as some of the most stringent and thorough in the industry.
Spectus Window Systems
Spectus Window Systems have been extruding high quality UPVC window systems for the past 25 years. The company has its own purpose built extrusion facility in Macclesfield, Cheshire in the UK, where state-of-the-art machinery and advanced material handling equipment ensure the highest production quality.
Spectus offers a comprehensive range of window and door systems which includes standard casement styles, a vertical sliding window, fully reversible and tilt ‘n turn style windows.
The company’s range includes Elite 70 and Elite 63, recognised as the most technically advanced window systems available with co-extruded gaskets, shaped profile and bead, multi-chamber profile, single leg knock-in beads and a 3mm wall thickness.
Residential doors, French doors and sliding patio doors also form part of the company’s product range along with the innovative Framefast system, which combines a cavity closer, DPC and window acceptor in one easy use product.
